Return Policy

Return Policy & Claims

1. You may return unused items within 20 days of the shipment date.
2. For "Full Case" purchases- Partial Case returns will not receive a refund
3. For "Pack" purchases- Opened bags or partial pack returns will not receive a refund
4. There is a 10% restocking fee.
5. All Food Items are final sale.
6. Items sold by Full Pallet are Final Sale
7. Under no circumstances are we able to issue a refund for items received later than 20 days after the shipment date.
Items received after 20 days will be discarded.

8. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If you were offered discounted shipping, the full shipping charges will be deducted from the credit amount.

9. Return shipping charges are the customers' responsibility.

10. Please make sure to use a shipping method that is trackable as we cannot issue a refund for items which are not received back at our warehouse.

11. Include a copy of your sales receipt & please mark the quantities & items being returned.

12. A refund will be issued and will appear on your credit card billing statement after the product is received in our warehouse.


13. For replacements, a new order must be placed online.

Return Policy for customers who have received multiple cartons

Our return policy listed above applies, in addition to the following.
We do not charge extra shipping charges for customers whose orders have been packed in multiple cartons. Shipping charges are a flat rate per order. In the event that any of the items or cartons are returned, we will deduct the actual full shipping charges per returned carton from the refund amount.

Return Policy for customers who have requested "Rush" shipment or "Air" shipment

Our return policy listed above applies, in addition to the following.
Due to the extra labor involved in processing a "rush" order, the restocking fee is 30% instead of the usual 10%

Canadian, International, HI, PR & AK orders are final sale.

Claims...

In the event that there are damages or missing merchandise, a claim must be made within 4 business days of receipt of order. We will not issue any refunds or replace any merchandise on claims made after 4 business days.

We reserve the right to issue a refund instead of replacing merchandise that is damaged or missing

If a damaged or missing item value is less  than $10.00, we will only issue a refund. Due to the high cost of shipping, we will not re-ship the item

Refused Deliveries & Deliveries which are returned to us by carrier....

Our full return policy listed above applies. Please note that Fedex & UPS charge fees for the delivery & charge delivery fees again to return the carton to our warehouse. As a result, we will deduct return shipping charges from the refund amount.
